The ENERGETICKÝ A PRŮMYSLOVÝ HOLDING group includes more than 20 companies operating in electricity and heat generation, electricity trading or renewables.
For 2010, total consolidated EBITDA of the companies in the group amounted to CZK 9.4 billion. The group companies employed some 9400 people and in 2010 generated sales totalling CZK 46 billion in aggregate.

In the energy sector, the group has gained an important position on the market:  Plzeňská energetika's, United Energy's, Elektrárny Opatovice's, Pražská teplárenská's, Energotrans's and renewables plants have a total of 1044 MWe in electrical capacity and 4704 MWt in heat generation capacity.

ENERGETICKÝ A PRŮMYSLOVÝ HOLDING put in place its final shareholding structure in October 2009, when it also started its operations.

  • 40% J&T through private equity structures
