EPH increases its equity interest in Dalkia ČR to 10 percent

ENERGETICKÝ A PRŮMYSLOVÝ HOLDING (EPH) has increased its equity interest in Dalkia Česká republika to 10 percent. EPH has exercised its option under an agreement that was entered into earlier, and bought an additional 5 percent of shares in Dalkia ČR. The transaction was closed today.
As early as December 2010, EPH acquired 5 percent of the shares, and its equity interest in Dalkia ČR therefore amounts to a total of 10 percent at present.
